The Wing Women is a private, trusted, and safe space for over 700 former full-time or black-badge Nike employees who identify as female. Our community is a place where you can find support, share experiences, and truly take flight. We’ve created an authentic, judgment-free space that’s inclusive of all generations, identities, and backgrounds.
The Wing Women was born from informal meetups between former female Nike executives who wanted to sustain their positive affiliations and mutual support. We give each other wings by looking out for one another, offering advice, and ensuring our members are on track to meet their goals. We want to empower our members to explore new opportunities and build brilliant futures together.
We bring our community together through a variety of gatherings and our dedicated online platform. Our events, from large-scale meetups to intimate online chats, are designed to give our members a space to connect with purpose. Our platform is a central hub for our community, allowing members to network, share job opportunities, and access an on-demand library of past event recordings—all in one place.
We offer two membership options to meet your needs:
Basic Membership: With a basic membership you can access our private community site, member directory, and community groups with no upfront cost.. To attend events, you can purchase tickets for $10–$25 per event.
Premium Membership: For an annual fee of $60, a premium membership gives you unlimited access to all events and our on-demand library of past event recordings at no extra charge. A premium membership will not only empower your own journey but will help our entire community thrive and reach new heights together!
Our powerful connection is built on the shared experience of having worked at Nike. Our community has a proven track record of helping women make important personal and professional connections. As one member beautifully shared, "The quality of the ex-Nike women continues to impress me and inspire me. I see phenomenal women of all ages and backgrounds changing our world for the better."
*All former Nike full-time, black-badged employees who identify as female are welcome.
